Just found this site in CED magazine .
50 years ago I was using a 704 installng a cable system at Kaiser’s Eagle Mountain Iron Mine . Was with the old Hoffman Co. (Jerrold dist.) from 1950 – 1970 then started my own business . Used the 704 until the 727 and smaller units came along .
The 704 was the meter of necessity as we also installed Adler TV Xlators at Vanderberg , Edwards , Palm Springs , etc .
Many unusual projects such as Atascadero St. Hosp. , Camarillo mental inst., La Brea Towers. If there’s still any other oldtimers who were involved in these and similiar projects would enjoy ‘e’ mail exchange.
